1. General
The following "General Terms and Conditions" apply to all orders between the company LandChic, owner Christina Steurer, 2100 Korneuburg, Hauptplatz 19/1, and its customers. With his order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. With the prices indicated in the shop all previous offers lose their validity. All prices and terms and conditions are valid until revoked.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded by the acceptance of the order by LandChic, owner Christina Steurer, 2100 Korneuburg, Hauptplatz 19/1, by the delivery of the ordered goods.
3. Right of withdrawal
The legal regulation of 14 working days applies - from receipt of delivery of the ordered goods. In the event of withdrawal, the purchase price of the goods will be refunded as soon as the goods have been returned and are in an unused and resalable condition. The postage for the return is borne by the buyer.
4. Prices
The prices in the shop apply. Errors and price changes excepted. Invoices are issued in Euro, the prices contain the legally valid value added tax (20%).
5. Terms of delivery

Shipping costs:
For the delivery within Europe the shipping costs apply according to the shipping costs listed with the order.
Please note: The shipping costs for the consignment are not refundable if the right of withdrawal is exercised. For shipments outside the EU, customs duties are charged to the recipient.
For non-accepted shipments on the part of the customer, we reserve the right to charge costs of 15.00 euros (shipping, processing, flat rate).
We deliver ordered stock goods after receipt of payment within 1-3 days. Further delivery times can be found in the order confirmation. We reserve the right to prior sale. Partial deliveries by us are permissible, as far as this is reasonable for the buyer. We can determine the company commissioned with the dispatch at our discretion. The buyer must immediately notify the forwarding agent or freight carrier of any obvious damage in transit as well as any damage that may have been ascertained, and must subsequently also inform us of this in order to be able to assert claims.
6. Terms of payment
The payment is possible by prepayment by bank transfer, cash on delivery by PayPal as well as by credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, American Express Card). The order will be shipped after receipt of the invoice amount on our account. The account details will be announced during order processing. For transfers from abroad, the IBAN and BIC number must always be indicated on the transfer.
